MIMIC은 성균관대학교가 교내 학부 학생들의 자발적인 학술 활동을 지원하기 위해 운영하는 2024 성균 명품 스터디클럽 프로그램에 선정되었다. 이 프로그램은 꾸준한 열정과 성실함을 바탕으로 우수한 학술 활동을 이어 온 스터디클럽과 학회를 발굴하고 지원하기 위해 마련되었다.

MIMIC은 해당 프로그램에서 최우수상(전체 2위)을 수상하였다. 이는 2024년 한 해 동안 세미나, 튜터링, 학술 교류 등 다양한 활동을 꾸준히 기획하고 운영해 온 동아리의 노력이 좋은 평가를 받았음을 보여 준다. 또한 수학을 보다 친숙하게 접할 수 있는 활동과 깊이 있는 탐구를 함께 이어 가며, 학부생 중심의 수학 공동체를 꾸준히 만들어 왔다는 점에서도 의미가 있다.

MIMIC was selected for Sungkyunkwan University’s 2024 Prestige Study Club Program, which supports voluntary academic activities led by undergraduate students on campus. The program was established to identify and support study clubs and academic societies that have sustained strong academic work through continued passion, sincerity, and commitment.

MIMIC received the Best Academic Club Award (2nd overall) in the program. This recognition reflects the strong evaluation of the club’s continued efforts throughout 2024 to plan and operate a wide range of activities, including seminars, tutoring, and academic exchange. It is also meaningful because MIMIC has continued to build an undergraduate-centered mathematics community by making mathematics more approachable while also sustaining deeper exploration.
