모든 스도쿠 퍼즐의 정답은 하나일까요? 왜 어떤 퍼즐은 네 칸만 비어있어도 풀이가 불가능한 반면, 다른 퍼즐은 열일곱개의 단서만으로 풀릴까요?

이 유일성을 결정짓는 조건이 무엇인지 생각하며, 단 하나의 정답을 결정짓는 최소 단서 개수를 찾아보고자 합니다.

Abstract

Does every Sudoku puzzle have a unique solution? Why is it that some puzzles become unsolvable with only four cells left empty, while others can be solved with just seventeen given clues?

We will think about what condition determines this uniqueness, and try to find the minimum number of clues needed to pin down a single, unique solution.
